• Use the drop down menu to indicate how you would like your donation to be used.

• Make checks payable to UUCJ. Use the memo line to say what the donation is for (pledge, general, "share the plate," or endowment, for example). Mail to UUCJ, 1255 Prendergast Ave, Jamestown, NY 14701.
