Sunday Services
September - June: UUCJ services are held in-person at 1255 Prendergast Avenue, Jamestown, NY, on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. and available to all via Zoom. As we do not have a minister, services are led by various members with messages from different speakers, both clergy and lay. Details about each service, along with links for those who prefer to attend remotely, are found in the calendar listings at uujamestown.org/calendar.
July - August: We do not hold services in the summer months. Many of our members and friends attend the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Chautauqua (UUFCHQ) services in the Hall of Philosophy at Chautauqua Institution. For more information, visit their website at uufchq.org.
Valet Service
Valet service is available for those of us who are unable to climb the back staircase off of the parking lot. If you have a driver, pull into the driveway in front of the grove of trees to the right of the building and a volunteer will escort you inside while your driver parks the car. If you are driving alone, a volunteer will escort you inside, and a volunteer will park your car for you.
Phone Linda Hiers at 716-951-0925 by 8:00 p.m. Saturday evening, if you need this assistance, (you can leave a message).
This assistance will take place for everyone between 10:00 to 10:20 AM. (It is important to arrive within this time frame, so that the volunteers and those being assisted will be able to be seated by 10:30 when the Sunday Service begins.)
